How to set your default organization refund policy and event specific refund policies
Having a refund policy is important. It sets the expectations for the customer and can help avoid complaints down the line. Although not guaranteed, it can help protect you against Chargebacks.

No Refunds
No Refunds - Lineup subject to change
No Refunds or exchanges
No Refunds - Exchanges available subject to availability
Refunds and exchanges available - Contact event organizer
Refund policies are shown to customers on the event page when they click the Help & Info button. This button will open up a dialogue with some helpful FAQs regarding tickets and refunds.
Organizations Default Refund Policy
To set your organizations refund policy, navigate to the Organization Info page and click the Financial Settings tab.
Enter in your refund policy in the text box provided (up to 512 characters) and click Save.
Event Specific Refund Policy
Event specific refund policies will overwrite your organizations default refund policy. Access the event refund policy by clicking Edit on your event on the Manage Events page and heading to Legal Policies & Important Info.

NOTE: Showpass will always direct the customer to the event organizer to request a refund.
