Downloading the Will Call

The Will Call can be used to manually check ticket buyers in, view customer data, and review the answers to any custom questions you may have asked during the checkout process. It can be downloaded and viewed for a single event, or for multiple events.
 

Individual Events

If you have a specific event that you would like to run the 'Will Call' for, you will have to navigate your dashboard pop-out menu and select 'Manage Events.'

From there, you will need to find the event that you're looking for and select 'Check In.'

A pop-up will appear that is pre-populated with the event, the ticket types associated to the event, and you will also have the option to add in any relevant products. Once complete, select 'Continue.'

To download the Will Call, you will then want to click on 'Download Will Call' in the top right hand side.

The report will download and you will be able to open it and view the information.

 

Multiple Events

If you would like to view the Will Call for multiple events, you will need to navigate your dashboard pop-out menu and select 'Check-In.'

You will be able to select from the following:

  • Search Events: Can choose to select recurring parent events and/or regular events
  • Select Ticket Types: Any ticket types from the events selected will be available to choose from
  • Select Products: Any products that you offer

Once the information you want is selected, click 'Continue.'
 

To download the Will Call, you will then want to click on 'Download Will Call' in the top right hand side.

The report will download and you will be able to open it and view the information.

 

Please note: Chrome or Firefox will need to be used in order to generate the CSV.
