Claiming a Ticket or Product Transfer

If someone has transferred a ticket or product to you, you will receive the following email and will need to click on the link in order to claim the transfer.
The link will redirect you to the Showpass site, where you may be prompted to log-in if you aren't yet.
Once logged in, you will need to click on the 'Confirm Transfer' button.
Once the transfer is complete, you will be able to view the tickets and/or products that you were transferred.
Note: The email that received the transfer must match the one associated with the Showpass account.
