Learn how to make custom discount codes and boost your sales with our social share feature
You can create discount codes for your customers by clicking on the Discounts button on the top right of your event management page.
Or you can arrive at the discount tab by going here:
On this page, you can choose between Bulk Generate Discounts or New Discount
This option is available if it has been enabled when you're creating a New Event under the Social Sharing tab. This option provides customers the ability to share the event during checkout to receive a discount. You are able to customize the share discount.

Can I delete discount codes?
You are unable to delete discount codes, you can can set them to be "Inactive". You can filter to only see the "active discounts" by toggling this checkbox
How can I tell what discount code was used in a customer's purchase?
Download the Financial CSV to check which discount code was used during a customers transaction.
How can I get a list of my discount codes?
If you bulk generated your discount codes, you can download the CSV again!
Where can I see the reporting on discount codes?
Theres a couple places you can see discount code reporting:
- Head to your Reporting Tab and create a report there to see the activity of the discount code. Recommended is the Report Type Event Summary, Ticket Type Summary, or Transactions
- On the Transactions Tab you can filter by discount code, and see when & how its been used
- On the Stats & Info Tab you can see how the discounts are being used on that event!
