Attendance View for Assigned Seating Events

The Attendance View tool in the Box Office allows you to easily see who is sitting in each assigned seat. By hovering over a seat on the map, you can quickly identify the customer occupying that space.
 
Once you locate a customer and their seat, you can access their transaction directly from the map. This provides the option to exchange tickets or check them in, streamlining your workflow and improving event management.
 

How-to Use Attendance View

  1. In the Box Office, navigate to any event that uses assigned seating. For recurring events, click the “View Dates” dropdown to expand and view all event dates.

  2. Select “View Event” for the event who’s seats you want to see.

  3. Instead of selecting available seats for purchase, click “Reserved” in the top left corner of the Box Office. This will switch the view from available seats to sold seats.

  4. Hover over a sold seat to view the customer details associated with that seat.

  5. Click on the seat to open the transaction for that customer.

  6. From the transaction screen, click the three dots to exchange the customer’s tickets if needed.

  7. Alternatively, click “View More”, then select the box next to the applicable barcode to check the customer in.

  8. To exit the transaction, simply click “Close”.

  9. From the “Reserved” map, return to sales mode by clicking “All”.

  10. To exit the event map and return to the main Box Office, click the X in the top right corner.
