How-To Guide
Upgrading Your Plan to Qualify for Advanced Analytics
To access a Advanced Analytics, you must be on a Professional or Premium plan. To qualify for a Custom Dashboard, you must be on the Premium Plan. Note: If you need to upgrade your Essential Showpass plan, please reach out to clients@showpass.com. For further information regarding Showpass plans, please click here.
Activating the Advanced Analytics Add-On
Step-by-Step Guide:
Accessing the Analytics Upgrade Options Options
- From your Daily Dash, click on the "View options" button to open the Add-on modal.
- You'll see two options: Industry or Custom. Choose the one that best suits your needs:
If Selecting Industry Analytics:
- Industry Option Selection

- Click "Add" next to the Industry Dash option.
- Selecting Your Industry

- Choose your industry from the list of available options.
- You'll have the option to preview the analytics for each industry.
Free Trial: If you're eligible for a Free Trial, it will prompt you to preview the analytics for your industry and then click "Start Free Trial.”
If you're not eligible for a trial, the Free Trial banner will not appear. Proceed with the selection as usual.
Confirmation
- A confirmation modal will appear, verifying that the feature has been added to your plan.
If Selecting Custom Analytics:
- Click “Add” next to the Custom Option.
- Filling Out the Custom Request Form

- Fill out the form detailing the specific analytics you describing what you are looking for.
- Click "Add to Plan" to submit your request. You will receive a confirmation once your request has been received.
A confirmation modal will follow, indicating the request has been received.
The Advanced Analytics Add-on module charges on the numbers of items tracked. These items include:
- tickets
- memberships
- membership ticket generation (e.g. season pass tickets)
- products
- complimentary tickets
- free tickets (tickets that are priced at $0)
