What is MFA?
MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) is a security feature that adds an extra layer of protection to your Showpass account. It requires two forms of identification: your password and a secondary verification method. This ensures that even if your password is compromised, only you can access your account.
Why have we introduced MFA?
We’ve implementing MFA to provide better security for accounts that access sensitive information like financial data and reporting tools. This extra step significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access, giving you peace of mind that your account is protected.
- Enhanced Security: Protects your account from unauthorized access.
- Quick & Easy: No additional setup is required from you.
- Peace of Mind: Even if your password is compromised, your account will stay secure.
Multi-Factor Authentication at Login
Step 1: Login
Sign in to your Showpass account as usual with your email and password.
Step 2: MFA Verification
You will receive a 6-digit code to the email address associated with your Showpass account.
Step 3: Enter MFA Code
Input the 6-digit code to complete the login process and access your account and Dashboard!
Note: MFA is only required for accounts that handle sensitive information like financials, reporting, and administrative permissions. Accounts used specifically for scanning and selling will not be affected.

- Check your spam/junk folder: The MFA code might have landed in your spam or junk folder.
