In the case you can no longer attend an event and the event organizer has allowed for free returns, you can return it back into your event inventory by visiting the ‘My Orders’ page:
Navigate to the order that includes the tickets you’d like to return, click on ‘Order Options’ and select ‘Return Free Tickets’:
You’ll be prompted to select the ticket(s) you’d like to return in the pop up modal:
After clicking continue, please select a reason for return from the dropdown menu:
After confirming, you’ll receive a successful message confirming the return!
You’ll have a new return receipt in your orders page and you’ll no longer have an active ticket attached to your original order:
