Box Office Custom Questions

 
In this guide, you will learn how to:
  1. Setup the type of questions you want to gain
  2. Enable force collection of the questions

1) Standard Info, Enhanced Info, and Multi Guest Questions

As an Event Organizer, you can require guests to provide information about themselves during checkout. You have the option to make these questions optional or required.
Standard Information: Full name, email, phone number.
Enhanced Information: Full name, email, phone number, address, company name, job title, student ID, birthday, and license plate.
Custom Questions: Questions that you create.
 

2) Enable custom question

  • To collect questions through the box office, ensure that the questions have been setup on the Event detail page.
  • Require guest information for staff box office and POS sales must be selected if you want to ensure that the customer provides their information.
  • If the above option is toggled Off, the Box Office can skip this step.
