Square Terminal

1. Connect your Square Account to Showpass
2. Sign into Square
3. Verify connection
4. Connect your Square Terminal

Introduction:

1) Connect your Square Account

• Navigate to the Settings page within Showpass’s Box Office.
• Click on the Connect account button.
• You will be redirected to Showpass integration page.

2) Sign into Square:

• Click on Connect Square Account to get redirected to the Square Sign-in page.

• Enter your Square login credentials on the redirect page.
  
  

3) Verify Connection:

• After signing in, you should be able to see your Square account connected in your Box Office settings.
  
  

4) Connect your Square Terminal

• Ensure that  your Square account is connected to your Showpass account.
• Once connected select Connect terminal button.

• A popup will appear with a device code.

• On the Square Terminal select Sign In
• Select Use a device code, then enter the device code that was generated on the modal.
• After you have entered the Device Code on the Terminal. Press the Check Status within the modal.

• If successful you will see a green checkmark next to the Connect Square Terminal
• If you need to unpair the Square Terminal from your Showpass account select the green Square Terminal Connected button. A popup will appear to unpair the device.
