Introduction
Group Sales allows sponsors to act as distributors, selling tickets directly to end consumers. This article will guide you through the process of enabling and managing Group Sales.
1) How to Enable Group Sales
- Navigate to the Box Office
- Next to the search bar, select the menu icon
- Select the Group Sales option.
Enter Group Sale Mode:
- Confirm entry into Group Sale mode by selecting the Enter group sale button.
Exit Override:
- You can exit Group Sale mode at any time by pressing the Exit Override button.
2) Sell a Group Sale
- Choose an event by clicking View Event.
- Select the ticket types and enter the desired quantity, as long as there is inventory. The Group Sale modal will override the set Box Office sale limit.
- Select the Add to cart button to add the inventory to your cart.
3) Override Subtotal Pricing:
- Once the items are in your cart you can optionally override the subtotal price to offer your customer a discount for buying in bulk.
- Select the Override subtotal button in the cart and a modal will appear where you can add your own price.
Confirm Pricing:
- Once satisfied with the new pricing, select "Continue".
4) Assign Customer Group:
- Assign a new or existing customer group to send the Group Sale order to.
- After adding the customer group info, complete the order as you would for other Box Office purchases.
