Applying Ticket Credits in the Box Office

In this article, you will learn how to:
  1. Search Ticket Credits
  2. Apply Credits
  3. Remove Credits
  4. Handle Invalid Credits

Introduction:

Ticket credits allow customers to pre-purchase tickets to your event, for redemption at a later time. When a customer buys a ticket type that has a ticket credit attached, they will receive a code with a certain number of credit(s) that they can redeem for tickets at a later time. As an organizer, you can choose what tickets are available for ticket credit redemption. • Click the Apply button next to the credit you wish to use.
  • A confirmation message will display when the credit has been applied successfully.
  • Close the Customer profile to get back to the Box Office.
Note: You can only apply a ticket credit if a valid ticket has been added to your cart.
You can also enter the credit code into the Discount field. If the code is valid and applies to a valid ticket, the credit will be applied to the cart.
