In light of the recent Government of Alberta announcement, Imagine Van Gogh The Original Immersive Exhibition in Image Totale at the Edmonton EXPO Centre is now rescheduled to open on Wednesday, June 2nd until Sunday, July 4th. Showpass is working with the organizers to ensure all purchases are safely accommodated and have done our best to address the most frequent concerns here
What's Happening to My Tickets?
For all guests who currently have valid tickets for dates between April 15th - May 9th, you don't need to do anything. Your tickets will automatically transition over to the new dates and will be for the exact same day of the week and timeslot. You will receive your new tickets via email on April 14th by 4pm MDT along with the option to request a refund if you are unable to attend.
For guests who still have tickets valid between March 27th - April 14th, you will have the option to exchange or request a refund. Beginning April 14th you will be given the ability to exchange the tickets you originally purchased to any available timeslot during the new event dates of June 2nd through July 4th. You will also receive an email on April 14th by 4pm MDT that will give you the ability to request a full refund directly within the email by clicking the “Request Refund” button. This button will also be accessible from your Showpass account starting April 14th. Please do not reach out directly for refunds in the meantime*.
When will I receive instructions to refund or exchange my tickets?
Further instructions will be sent on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 by 4pm MDT. This will include links to request refunds and exchanges.

When Will I Receive My New Tickets?

How Do I Get A Refund?
For anyone not able to, or choosing not to attend the reassigned dates you will be given the option to request a refund for your purchase directly from your upcoming ticket confirmation email using the “Request Refund” button. This will refund you fully for all tickets in that email account. This refund capability will be available from April 14th until April 30, 2021. Please do not forward the email, since it will be unique to your account. Please do not reach out directly for refunds*.
*If you requested a refund prior to April 6th it is currently in the queue to be processed and you will be receiving a refund confirmation in the next week
When Can I Get a Refund
You can request a refund beginning April 14th. You will be receiving an email from Showpass on that day by 4pm MDT which will include a "Request Refund: button. Clicking this button will refund you fully for all tickets for Imagine Can Gogh on that event date. This refund capability will be available from April 14th until April 30, 2021. Please do not forward the email, since it will be unique to your account. Please do not reach out directly for refunds.
I Clicked the Request Refund Button, Now What?
After you clicked the Request Refund button in your email you should have been prompted to a webpage that confirms the information for the order you are opting to refund. If this is correct click the Confirm Refund button. You'll see a pop-up confirming your request has been submitted. You're all set! No further action is needed and your funds will be returned in 10-15 business days to your purchasing card.

How Do I Exchange My Tickets
The option to exchange your tickets for Imagine Van Gogh: The Immersive Exhibition will be available as of April 14th.
To begin your exchange click the Exchange Tickets button in the email you will be receiving from Showpass. Alternatively, you can head over to https://www.showpass.com/user/invoices/ and select “Exchange Tickets” below the order you wish to exchange. When reviewing your order you must ensure APPLY EXCHANGE CREDIT is selected or you will still be charged for the transaction.
- You must be logged into your Showpass account to facilitate the exchange
- If you checked out as a guest during your purchase you must claim your tickets to a Showpass account before you can exchange
- You cannot exchanges multiple orders at the same time
- If the new tickets are more expensive you will be required to pay the difference, for lesser value tickets you will be issued a credit
- Showpass is not able to exchange tickets on your behalf
- Beyond Van Gogh in Calgary is not affiliated with this event, exchanges between locations are not possible

I Reset My Password and Have Not Received an Email?
Please make sure you have an account with Showpass registered to that email, if you do not, for security purposes no email will be sent. You may have checked out as a guest in which case see above to claim your account.
My Tickets Were Transferred to Me, What Now?
If you are looking to exchange or refund your tickets you must contact the original purchaser and have them do so. They can then transfer you the new tickets.
