New Event Page Design - May 2023

As part of our commitment to providing the best possible event ticketing experience, we will be rolling out our new event purchase page design starting Monday May 15, 2023.
 
To ensure a smooth transition, we will be splitting live traffic and sending 10% of customers to the new landing page while keeping 90% to the old event pages. This is to monitor the new event pages for any errors and compare conversion rates. Our team will be closely monitoring the new event pages to ensure that everything is functioning as expected.
 
Once we are satisfied with the results, we will slowly increase the percentage of traffic pointing to the new event detail pages until 100% of all traffic will be directed to our new event purchase pages.
 
We understand that change can be disruptive, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause your customers.However, we believe that this new event purchase page will offer a more user-friendly and intuitive experience for your customers, resulting in increased ticket sales and overall satisfaction.
