You can now add Membership Benefits to your Group and Levels!
'Group Benefits' apply to all customers who hold a membership of any level associated with that group.
'Level Benefits' apply only to customers who hold a specific level of membership within a group.
Membership Group Benefits
At the bottom of the Membership Group Info page, select ‘Add Benefit.’
You will then see a pop-up to choose from the following features:
Benefit Type:
- Event Scanning Benefits apply to when a member is entering/scanning into an event that typically lasts for more than one day, i.e. expos, fairs, and festivals.
- Daily Scanning Benefits apply to when a member is entering/scanning into a one-day or daily-scheduled event, i.e. parks and concerts.
- Discount Benefits refer to the benefits that a member is allowed to use as part of their Membership Level.
Event Scan Access Information:
If the 'Event Scanning Benefits' option is selecting, you are able to fill in the following:
- Event: Select event to apply benefits to
- Please note: Events with Assigned Seating are not supported with Memberships
- Ticket Type: Select ticket type to apply benefits to
- Scan Limit: Refers to the maximum number of scan in’s allowed per event
- Check whether or not you want unlimited scanning
Daily Scan Access Information:
If the 'Daily Scanning Benefits' option is selecting, you are able to fill in the following:
- Scan Limit: Refers to the maximum number of scan in’s allowed per day
- Check whether or not you want unlimited scanning
Discount Information:
If the 'Discount Benefits' option is selecting, you are able to fill in the following:
- Discount Code
- Discount Unit and Amount
- Total Limit: Limit as to total # of events discount could be applied
- Limit Per Member: Limit as to # of discounts that can be applied to a single member
- Select Event Type: Single Event, Parent Event, Template Event
- Search Event
Click ‘Save.’
Issue Tickets Benefit (Seasons Passes):
- Select General Admission or Assigned Seating events
- Once you click on “Next”, the system should create the membership benefit:
Membership Level Benefits
When you are editing your Membership Levels, scroll to the bottom to ‘Add Benefit.’
You will be presented with the same popup as the Membership Group Benefits.
Remember to click ‘Save’ once you are finished.
